 In defining its strategic roadmap, the company chose to focus on the prime markets in Nigeria as the first phase to its development plans. Today, the company is one of the largest owners and managers of “grade A” commercial and residential property in Nigeria. Casablanca’s portfolio properties are concentrated in the major metropolitan areas of prime Nigerian cities: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
Casablanca Ventures has since expanded its activities into the West African sub-region, with its projects in Ghana.
